The Wildlife Allotment Garden (WAG) in Cold Ash is maintained by the Parish Council. There have been a number of recent improvements and Cllr McArdle has written an update describing the work that has taken place.

Cold Ash Parish Council and District Councillor Garth Simpson applied for and won a grant from West Berkshire Council to fund a Christmas Tree and associated LED lighting.
We hope you enjoy the Christmas tree and that it brightens up the recreation ground a little this year.
The Parish Council now plans to fund a Christmas tree every year and we may even have our own ‘switch on’ event next year!

It will also give Parishioners a greater say in the style and type of housing.
The NDP is being developed by the Cold Ash NDP Steering Group. The Steering Group publishes regular updates for parishioners.
In the latest update Councillor Garth Simpson describes recent activities with regards Traffic, Transport and Travel.

Unfortunately there could not be a Remembrance Day Parade this year due to the Coronavirus situation. There was however a socially distanced service outside St. Mark’s church to mark the event.
