The Council has a purpose-built office situated at the rear of the Recreation Ground car park on Hermitage Road. It is staffed by the Clerk and normal opening hours are as follows:

If the Clerk is not in the office during these times, she may have been called away or attending meetings outside the office. Please leave a message via the phone or send an email.

There is ample parking on the site.
Appointments can be made with the Councillors, through the parish office.

Reporting Problems on our Parish Roads
West Berkshire Council has responsibility for maintaining our roads. You can click on the following links to report problems directly to WBC:
You can of course report issues to the Parish Clerk, but please provide as much detail about the problem and location as possible.

A defibrillator is provided on the side of the Parish Office. The access code will be provided by the call handler when you ring 999.
