We’re looking for your input on agenda items for our Annual Parish Meeting.
Cold Ash Parish Council would like to hold an Annual Parish Meeting in April this year, hopefully in person, regulations permitting. We were not able to hold one in 2020 but we held a virtual Annual Parish Meeting in 2021 due to Covid restrictions.
For those of you who are new to the concept of an Annual Parish Meeting, It provides an opportunity for the people of the parish to celebrate our successes from the previous year and to agree our priorities for the year ahead. It is not a council meeting (that is the ‘Annual Meeting of the Council’, which is a separate meeting). Full details can be found on the following page.
It is important that the agenda is developed with input from you, our parishioners, as this is the opportunity to share good news, get an update on what’s been going on and to debate concerns and issues. Whilst we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to cover all of the points raised, within the timeframe of the meeting, we will aim to prioritise those that parishioners indicate are most important to them.
The meeting will be held on the 28th April 2022. Please let the Parish Council Clerk have your suggestions by 10thMarch 2022.
