Annual Parish Meeting 2021

What would you like to be covered in this years’ Annual Parish Meeting?

Cold Ash Parish Council will hold its Annual Parish Meeting via Zoom this year. One wasn’t held in 2020, due to the COVID restrictions that were in place.

For those of you that are new to the concept of an Annual Parish Meeting, a quick summary of what it is and what it is not. It is an opportunity for the people of the Parish to celebrate our successes from the last year and to set our priorities for the year ahead. It is not a council meeting (that is the ‘Annual General Meeting of the Council’, which is a separate meeting).

It is important that the agenda is developed with input from you, our parishioners, as this is the opportunity to share good news, get an update on what’s been going on and to debate concerns and issues. There are a number of important activities that are taking place that will be discussed. Whilst we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to cover all of the points raised, within the timing of the meeting, we will aim to prioritise those things that parishioners indicate are most important to them.

The meeting will be held on the 22nd April via Zoom. Details will be available on the Annual Parish Meeting webpage.

Please pass your proposed agenda items by the 22nd March 2021 to the Clerk, Linda Randall. See our contact us page for details.
